A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR In this landscaping position, you manage the execution of outdoor construction projects by planning labor, equipment, material delivery, and scheduling requirements. To guarantee jobs are completed within project deadlines, you assist your team with constructing quality outdoor projects. You appropriately delegate assignments and enforce our standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety. Each day you perform tool maintenance and submit required paperwork. You also assist with hiring new team members and adequately training them. You take great pride in managing our crew and keeping everyone safe and productive ! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A LANDSCAPE CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in the landscape construction industry Ability to operate the required equipment and tools Valid driver's license Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications Do you have effective written and verbal communication skills?
