Landscape Construction Foreman, Full Time PositionDMS Nursery & LandscapingLocation: Waterloo, NEJob Requirements/Duties:• Landscape Construction Foreman is responsible for leading construction crew members to implement projects assigned. This person will serve as a go-between with workers and managers and serves as the main point of contact for job-site operations• Supervisory skills, particularly in ability to instruct others and delegate, are requiredo Lead and instruct team to produce excellent and profitable product• Construction skills are required, including the ability to use small hand and power tools and precision measuring and testing devices, as well as equipment and materials applicable to the construction and carpentry trades• Ability to adapt to changes in workflow throughout the day to meet job needs and changesQualifications:• Must be physically able to lift 50lbs of various material types• Minimum of 2 years construction or landscape experience is preferred• Valid driver's license• CDL license is preferred, or must be willing to acquire after employmentSalary: 40-60k annually based on experienceBenefits: Health Insurance, 401KDMS Inc. is an equal opportunity employer recblid 40c4t9pdoavozx0hvxk2lr7k8s32e6
