The candidate will be preparing and handling applications for development; handling public hearings; advising clients on land use matters; and working on litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and other papers. Experience relating to area in need of redevelopment or rehabilitation area designations, redevelopment plans, and affordable housing is a plus. NJ Bar membership in good standing required. The legal practice has law offices located in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and New York. The firm started over ninety years ago. More than one-hundred skilled attorneys are on staff.
