As an assistant, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to the precise measurement and documentation of land and property boundaries. Responsibilities: Field Assistance: Collaborate with the surveying team to set up equipment, gather data, and assist in conducting field surveys. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure surveying equipment is properly maintained, calibrated, and ready for use. Data Collection: Assist in recording accurate measurements, angles, and distances using surveying instruments and tools. Boundary Marking: Participate in the marking of land and property boundaries using stakes, flags, and other markers. Data Processing: Help process collected data, entering it into computer-aided design (CAD) software or surveying databases.
