Description:
Drafting primarily for home builder clients in producing plot plans, form surveys, and final surveys. Should be proficient with topographic surveys, production builder lot stake/envelopes/final title surveys, boundary surveys, and ALTA/NSPS land title surveys.· Must be proficient and have working knowledge in AutoCAD, Civil 3D a plus· Working knowledge of land surveying preferred· Prior experience with a home builder in either plot plans or starts department a plus· Associates degree in Drafting & Design or equivalent work experiencePre-employment requirements include negative drug screening and a successful motor vehicle record.
