Laborer/Helper PositionsHeavy steel plate fabricator has openings for Week-Day Shift (Monday-Thursday: 7 am 5:30 pm)Laborer/Helpers $16/hour. Open Air Shop Facility. Complete Benefits: Health Insurance/401K Drug Screen, Background Check Position Description: Labor/ Helper will work in one of two fabrication bays in the Tate Metalworks, Inc. production shop. The work involves training and use of metal fabrication equipment to for cutting, grinding, drilling steel parts/ materials as well as handling and loading materials on carts and trucks. Lifting of up to 50lbs is required. Being on feet all day in open air shop (no air conditioning), and includes work outside cleaning metal parts as part of the job requirements. No prior metal shop work experience necessary. Wages and Benefits: The starting wage for this position is $16 per hour. The company provides medical benefits and participation in the company 401K retirement plan is available.
