We are seeking candidates with the ability to operate directional drills, as well as locating equipment and possess the ability to lead construction teams. Responsibilities will include drilling to place fiber optic duct and cable, coax cable, locating and verifying all adjacent utilities before starting work, setting handholes, manholes, cabinets and other telecommunications apparatus, as well as operating other placement equipment such as mini's, backhoes and trenchers. Leadership qualities and good communication skills are a big plus. Key Attributes: Safety oriented mindset Positive attitude Strong work ethic Team player Leadership and Communication skills Minimum of 2 years experience Physical Requirements: Construction Industry, 2 years (Preferred) Directional Drill Locating, 2 years (Preferred) Skills / Other: Ability to operate equipment.
