Support lab that designs, develops, and validates analytical methods for the separation, identification, and characterization of small molecules and biologics. (antibodies, peptides, proteins, oligosaccharides, oligonucleotides, and synthetic polymeric materials) Required: *** Experience performing separation methods: NMF, electrophoresis, centrifugation, and chromatography. *** Utilized analytical methods such as: UV-VIS DAD, ELSD, HLPC, etc. to characterize entities. *** Aided in development of separation methods to determine content & purity including whole protein analysis, primary, and tertiary structure. *** BS in a related field.
