Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform laboratory tests and experiments using molecular biology techniques, microbiological methods, and histology procedures- Collect and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of results- Maintain laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring proper calibration and functionality- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to Federal and State regulations and quality control guidelines- Prepare samples for testing, including sample collection, processing, and storage- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize laboratory processes- Maintain accurate records of experiments, procedures, and results- Assist in the development of new laboratory protocols and proceduresQUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., biology, microbiology, biochemistry)- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is preferred- Strong knowledge of molecular biology techniques, microbiology methods, and quality control principles- Familiarity with industrial laboratory practices and Federal/ State regulations is a plus- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills- Knowledge of Industrial terminology is beneficial- Strong mathematical skills for data analysis
