HC-Resource is seeking a highly skilled and driven Level 2 Technical Support Engineer to join an expanding team within a thriving MSP catering to small to medium-sized businesses in Fort Lauderdale . Typical Duties and Responsibilities : Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows servers, domain controllers and workstations Office 365/Sharepoint/Exchange Online administration Setup, maintain & troubleshoot virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot network routers, switches and firewalls Minimum Qualifications: 2+ years of experience managing/deploying Windows Server (2008-2022) Advanced networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, HTTPS, SMB, CIFS, Routing. VPN, VLAN) 2+ years of experience managing/deploying network devices 2+ years of experience in VMware, Hyper-V 365 Administration/Support Cloud experience in Azure/AWS RMM/PSA Experience (Datto RMM/Autotask) Skills Required: MSP experience is required Ability to prioritize tickets a MUST Self-motivated Good communication Strong prioritization/time management skills Proactive thinker and quick learner Strong customer service Ability to travel to client sites as needed Powered by JazzHR
