Pay: $12-$15/hour depending on position and experience Our team members enjoy: Sundays off Dutchman Hospitality Group (DHG) Discounts - on meals/merchandise/lodging/shows for staff Free employee meals while working Earned annual vacation Wooden Nickels reward/recognition program On-the-job training Flexible schedules Scholarship and Leadership programs Free access to SmartDollar® What you’ll be doing Use established recipes to make products Clean food-prep equipment and keep the area clean Check production schedules to determine what and how much you should make Make sure items are covered, stored and dated properly Rotate stock-- use first in, first out Change food containers in coolers/freezers as needed – looking at date prepared Other role duties may be relevant as mentioned in 'job type' below Skills you’ll bring along Great communication skills Attention to detail Able to read and interpret recipes Lift and/or move 10 to 30 lbs. SafeServ certification, but we’ll provide training if you don’t have it! Pay: $12-$15 depending on position and experience Job Type Part-time, sometime within the timeslots of 6am-4pm or 2pm-11:30pm Work rotating schedules including some evenings (as noted above), weekends (no Sundays but typically require three Saturdays a month) and holidays On the job training provided (Roles could range from areas to include but may not be limited to buffet attendant, dishwasher, food prep, short order flat grill cook) Benefits* Medical insurance and HSA 401(k) plan with match Wellness Program Dental, Vision, Accident, Life, Critical Illness, Term Life Insurance available *Medical and supplemental insurances are available for employees who work at least 30 hours/week.
