Responsibilities: • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles• Show our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures• Leverage social prospecting and multiple communication channels to find, meet with, and follow-up with potential customers and deal opportunities• Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves• Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activitiesSales and Product Knowledge:• Develop a deep understanding of our kitchen cabinet product line, features, and benefits• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate our unique selling points Customer Engagement:• Interact with potential and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner• Conduct consultations to understand customer needs, preferences, and budget constraints• Provide expert advice on kitchen cabinet designs, layouts, and customization options Sales Process:• Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase our products and services• Prepare accurate and detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts Relationship Building:• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Target Achievement:• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth Qualifications: • A consistent top performer in sales• Some industry or product knowledge preferred and a High school diploma is required• Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills• You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals Requirements: • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the kitchen or home improvement industry• Strong knowledge of kitchen cabinet products, materials, and design principles• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Education and Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus)• Previous experience in kitchen cabinet sales or a related field is highly desirable Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 annually About Company: Prime Hardware, Inc. is a leading provider of high-quality kitchen cabinets, committed to delivering innovative and stylish solutions to our customers.
