The job you have been looking for! AuthoraCare is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Assistant for our Hospice Home in Burlington, NC working Tuesday through Sunday 4:30pm-6:30pm. Job Summary: The Kitchen Staff are responsible for the daily operation of the inpatient facility kitchen at the Hospice Home. Under general direction duties include, properly apportioning meal items, serving food, cleaning & sanitizing utensils and kitchen equipment, some meal preparation, and maintaining stock food items. Education/Experience: High School diploma or GED ServSafe Certification (may obtain after hired) One year of experience in food service Other: Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation. Vaccination against COVID-19 is mandatory at our organization unless you are approved for an accommodation due to a religious objection or ADA covered medical condition. The organization will also review medical recommendations for a delay in vaccination or for other contraindications to vaccination.
