We opened 2 locations in the Colorado Springs this fall with more planned for next year. At GD, we promote a team first, customer driven atmosphere. Compensation: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour plus tips ($4 to $7 additional per hour) Summary Assist in managing the daily business operations of the store by performing the following duties. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Employee training & coaching Unloading truck shipments Food preparation Assisting with scheduling Customer service Cleaning & sanitizing Ordering and inventory management Upholding company initiatives POS system management Other various operational responsibilities Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities but could indirectly manage and train Salad Enthusiasts. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
