THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE AS OUR KENNEL MANAGER As our Kennel Manager, you play a pivotal role in onboarding new team members, imparting your knowledge and expertise to ensure they understand and adhere to our high standards and procedures. You'll also oversee kennel tech duties like feeding, administering medications, orchestrating playtime, bathing, and maintaining a pristine environment. QUALIFICATIONS 2 years of management experience leading a team of 5 or more staff Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand on concrete for up to 9 hours a day Reliable transportation Great multitasking skills and the ability to independently solve problems While pet care experience is a plus, it's not a necessity.
