HumanHire is partnering with one of the leading insurance companies in NY to find a Junior Treasury Analyst for their HQ in White Plains. The Junior Treasury Analyst will support the team in the Cash Management Department. What's in it for you? Pay: Up to $30/hr - weekly pay & benefits! Location : White Plains, NY Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Responsibilities: Monitor bank account activities and relay pertinent information to team members and other departments. Handle client cash flows and collaborate with account representatives and staff accountants to resolve cash flow inquiries. Conduct periodic reconciliations to ensure cash flow accuracy. Retrieve and distribute account data, including monthly statements, from online banking platforms. Aid in maintaining bank balances throughout the day. Reconcile prior day activities and distribute transaction details to staff accountants. Utilize company systems to gather relevant data for cash flows. Perform bank service charge analyses for clients. Assist with various banking transactions such as transfers, wires, and payment reconciliations. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in accounting/finance/banking preferred. Experience with Oracle accounting software is a plus. Bachelors degree in a related area preferred.
