They should demonstrate immediately transferable skills, strong academic backgrounds, and the ability to produce high-quality work independently.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods of time, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:J.D. from an accredited law school.2+ years of relevant transactional tax experience.Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.Must be licensed to practice law in California.Education Certifications:J.D. from an accredited law school.Skills:Strong analytical and writing skills.Attention to detail.Good business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.
