The ideal candidate should possess transactional tax expertise in fund formation, Section 892 investors, real estate, income tax treaties, and cross-border transactions. Strong analytical and writing skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities are essential for success in this role.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in physical and sedentary activities, such as working at a computer for extended periods, participating in digital/virtual conference calls, and attending meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:J.D. degree.2+ years of relevant experience.Transactional tax experience dealing with fund formation, Section 892 investors, real estate, income tax treaties, and cross-border transactions.Strong analytical and writing skills.Attention to detail and good business judgment.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Education Certifications:Must be licensed to practice law in CA.Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.Skills:Strong analytical skills.Excellent writing skills.Attention to detail.Good business judgment.Ability to work collaboratively and independently.Strong academic background.
