Our Jr. Sous Chefs have a proven track record of cooking in a demanding environment paired with progressive growth and leadership experience. What you’ll experience with The DRC: $26 per hour, plus tip out In-house dining perks A dynamic culture that encourages and rewards growth and development! Coach and mentor the team in best practices. Support the team during service to ensure a seamless operation and amazing dining experience for our guests. Communicate the restaurant's vision to all team members and lead by example. Reinforce the DRC’s Mission & Priorities daily. Consistently monitor kitchen operations and cleanliness. Build and maintain relationships with team members and Front Of House management alike. Support ordering and receiving, ensuring proper product levels, rotation and storage.
