Ensure memorable customer experience Ensures wines are served at the right temperature and within the proper glassware. Manages wine cellar and ensures it’s fully stocked. Stores open bottles properly to maintain correct tastes. Always ensures an appropriate supply of clean glassware. Update and train waiting staff on available wines. Identifies ways to improve sales or control costs. You will be a great fit if you: Have experience in a fine dining establishment Passion for food and wine knowledge Works effectively as part of a team and individually. Communicates clearly, professionally, and concisely.
