Dove and Hawk are working alongside this multi-estate agency, who are looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their team in Brixton Duties: Being the first point of contact for tenants from when they report maintenance issues Coordinating and arranging maintenance works during and between tenancies Updating tenants and landlord Dove and Hawk are working alongside this multi-estate agency, who are looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their team in Brixton Duties: Being the first point of contact for tenants from when they report maintenance issues Coordinating and arranging maintenance works during and between tenancies Updating tenants and landlords on work and ongoing works schedules Daily emails/calls Providing proactive advice to landlords Troubleshooting maintenance issues with tenants Accompanying the Head of Property Management on inspections/Property reports Managing online maintenance portal Liaising with contractors Days & Hours: Mon - Fri 8: Sat every 4 weeks 9:45-4 with a day off in lieu Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 - per annum Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
