Candidates should have completed a 2 year degree in HVAC/R or have 2 years HVAC/R experience.BlueHat is Currently Offering a $3000 Signing Bonus for this Position* Company Overview Bluehat Mechanical delivers HVAC and Refrigeration Service and Maintenance to commercial and industrial customers in the greater Raleigh NC area. We are looking for highly experienced team players that share our core values (Teamwork, Hustle, Professionalism, Curiosity, and Taking Ownership).If you join our team you'll have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the commercial and industrial space, this includes: Packaged and Split HVAC Systems VRF Chillers Boilers VAV Systems Control Systems Refrigeration Systems of all sizes (including large refrigerated warehouses) And you'll work on customer sites in many different industries: Manufacturing Cold Storage Distribution Healthcare Pharmaceutical Government Education Job Summary As a member of our PM Team you will work under a team lead conducting quarterly maintenance on customer equipment. This includes following procedures for each season and each type of equipment to leave that equipment in the best operational condition for the customer, so they can avoid unplanned downtime. Responsibilities and Duties Execute Preventive Maintenance Services. Perform contracted preventive maintenance using electronic checklists for tasking and equipment. Document deficiencies. Present findings and recommendations for repair or replacement to customers. Conduct Repairs - As you gain experience you will be tasked with conducting repairs, teamed up with an experienced tech at first, but eventually on your own.
