Paladin Technologies currently has a need for a Junior Business Writer to assist our Marketing department with team administrative duties, business development content creation, and both internal and external writing endeavors. This role is based out of our office in Ottawa, ON. Role and Responsibilities Roles and responsibilities include: Marketing team administrative duties, including completing company prequalification packages. Champion vendor setup and vendor portal management. Assist the Pursuits team with the preparation of business development content and documentation. Providing support to the Content Coordinator for the writing and updating of personnel resumes, project references, project case studies and executive team biographies. Generating and updating Power Point presentations. Supporting additional writing projects for the Marketing team including but not limited to, policies, procedures, blogs, and social content. Additional creative projects such as custom organization charts and graphic design. Ensure high-quality preparation and production of all written materials while consistently applying the Paladin Technologies brand standards and key messaging Ability to work in highly collaborative environments Desired Skills and Experience Attentive to detail. Interested in the construction and technology industry, as well as B2B marketing, while becoming an expert in your space Creative: adept at taking a high-level storyline or idea and translating into a visual document. Collaborative: you naturally share ideas and never lose sight that you are part of a team. Organized: able to work on multiple concurrent projects in several workspace environments, and able to adhere to firm deadlines. Looking for a dynamic work culture.
