Jr. Account Manager VillageCare is looking for a self-motivated MLTC Field Jr. Account Manager. The Jr. Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, creating, building, and maintaining referring relationships with internal and external referral sources, to ensure continued growth of the organization. Connecting with internal and external community and provider referral sources on a daily basis to ask for referrals. Communicate with internal and external referral sources to provide them with data to maximize referral to enrollment conversion rate. Working with their Business Development Manager (Team Leader) to discuss time/calendar management to maximum outreach efforts. We would like to speak to those who have 3 years job-related experience with Managed Long Term Care plans. This position covers all four boroughs. It is 90% field work and 10% office work.
