JOB SUMMARY: ACCO Journeyperson positions are dispatched through the union locals. We encourage you to apply if you are interested in joining the union for this role! SO WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Performing the duties required on a variety of systems related to the company's business. Collaborating as necessary with Project Managers, Project Engineers, and colleagues to complete your duties. WHAT DOES THIS ROLE REQUIRE? Experience in the commercial HVAC business. Self-motivated, Energetic, Ambitious, and have a Positive attitude. Excellent customer relations and professional communication skills. Professional conduct and prepared to represent company image and reputation with its clients. Good time management. Basic written communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to organize. Able to learn and adapt to existing and new programs and processes. Organized with ability to complete particular tasks as directed. Team player and able to achieve assigned performance goals. Able to demonstrate consistent and reliable attendance. Good at Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Clean driving record. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS (The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions) The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision and Distance vision. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, especially when conducting job site walks.
