An established local contract manufacturer has an immediate opening for a Receptionist. Must have good customer service phone skills, self-starter & self-motivated. Good verbal and written communication skills, exhibits personal accountability and a team player. Responsibilities: - Greets all incoming guests in a cordial, friendly manner, and directing them to appropriate area - Answer multiple line telephone system promptly, professionally, and directing them to appropriate party - Buzzing in Shipping and Receiving doors - Ensure general neat and tidy appearance of vestibule - Prep the conference room for client meeting - Assist with client food ordering - Providing continuous administrative support as needed We are looking for someone with Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, proficient in grammar with attention to detail, someone that is personable, outgoing, energetic but also very professional. Desired attribute: - Professional appearance and courteous telephone manner. - Punctuality and attendance are key factor. - Requires excellent verbal communications skills, telephone etiquette and professionalism Experience with customer service and reception PREFERRED. Applicant must be able to multi-task in a busy work environment. Schedule flexibility is also preferred. Hours of operation are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
