Job Description: Location: Jefferson Department: IT Position Title: IT TechnicianPosition Summary: The IT Technician is responsible for providing superior guest service through the functions of this position to all Wild Rose Casino & Hotel guests. In addition to the below key duties and responsibilities, all Wild Rose team members are ambassadors of the Wild Rose brand and culture. We encourage our team members to have more fun when they work at Wild Rose. As we say working here shouldn't be this much fun!Essential Functions: The essential functions and responsibilities of this position are: Ensure proper functioning of the company's information process systemInvestigates and resolves user software and hardware problemsAnswers questions and resolves problems by applying knowledge if software, hardware and proceduresProvides oral and written reports and analysis to IT Manager Talks to programmers, administrators and outside consultants to explain software errors or to recommend changes to programs Other duties as assigned The schedule for this position is classified as full-timeSalary will be commensurate with experience.
