Lift Connect telematics devices are installed in our factories. The device reads data off the machine and reports data to a web portal customers can then use to remotely manage their equipment in the field. The telematics team manages all the business related processes required to install, sell, and support the deviceHighlights:Partner with team members from global locations - 5 manufacturing locations worldwide.Intern/Co-op opportunities can lead to full time careersReal World Responsibilities:During your time with us you will:Support deployment of Oracle Subscription Manager SAAS Support telematics customer service ops; managing audits, service contracts, root cause analysis and response, etc. Help drive customer adoption of telematics through targeted projectsAs part of our team we will:Provide you with real-work assignments that will provide you valuable experience as you begin your careerOffer support and constructive feedback throughout the internshipMust haves:Currently pursuing a bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, or similar field. Minimum of 2 years of university completedAble to work full-time 40 hours per week for 3 months in Bothell, WAAbility to work autonomously and with ambiguityAbility to work with a diverse team and across functionsStrong project management and communication skillsUtilize analysis tools to understand and develop efficient processes in line with lean manufacturing principlesIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsNice to haves:Are adaptable, innovative, and proactiveERP software deployment experienceCustomer service experienceThe compensation for this position is $26/hr for undergraduate interns and $28/hr for graduate or returning interns. This position is eligible for holiday pay, but is not eligible for medical benefits.
