Job Description: Director of Intake - Inpatient Behavioral Healthcare Haven Behavioral Hospital of Albuquerque is a 48-bed licensed, acute care behavioral hospital that provides a safe, nurturing environment for the treatment of complex mental health issues. We offer innovative, customized treatment in both inpatient and outpatient programs, for individuals struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues. We believe that a person’s illness or addiction does not define them and, with help, there is hope for long-term recovery. This a key leadership role directing patient inquiry, clinical assessment, admissions and referrals in a patient-centered environment. Responsibilities:Receives and responds to call inquiries for potential admissions and generalized questions Obtains the required information to facilitate admissions Makes referrals for persons who are not appropriate for admission Qualifications Masters’ Degree in Behavioral Health field or Registered Nurse Experience: Three years clinical experience in behavioral healthcare settingExperience with crisis management or intake preferredExperience working in an inpatient psychiatric unit preferred Benefits:Major medical, dental and vision401k with company matchShort & Long term insurancePTO, Sick leave and Holiday pay Apply Today!
