Job Title: Java Production Support Location: Toronto, ON (Thrice a Week Onsite) Job Description: TSA, 3+ years of mandatory experience with strong leadership, worked on complex system interactions and multiple cross-functional systems Experience in UNIX/LINUX/MS-SQL is mandatory Experience in JAVA is mandatory Experience in Windows/Oracle will be an added advantage. Banking - Wealth Management domain experience is mandatory. Strong technical knowledge, Trouble Shooting skills, & Excellent Communication. Strong process-orientation; is able to see the connections and integrations between different processes Able to elaborate the Incidents/Issues with technical team effectively and contribute in solutioning Perform impact analysis to identify impact to existing applications/Services Experience in Incident Management and RCA Experience in JIRA or Confluence Tool usage Powered by Jazz HR.
