Job Title: Janitors Location: Bushland, Texas 79012 Duties: Perform twice weekly services during normal working hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms (to include behind and around basins, stools,urinals, light switches, towel dispensers and toilets). Refill soap, toilet paper, restocking each restroom with additional (1 roll) tissueplaced on back of toilets, hand drying paper, and sanitizer dispensers. Cleaning of glass and mirrors Emptying trash bins/cans Floor cleaning (vacuuming all entry mats (8), sweeping, and mopping all floors) Annual, stripping and waxing floors to include Laboratories (must provide oneweek notice prior to stripping and waxing floors. Clean all entry/foyer glass/glass doors. Qualification: Proven working experience as a Janitor. Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
