Character of Position As a Janitorial Building Maintenance , you will be responsible for all activities related to shop and or office cleaning and maintenance, cleaning restrooms, and any required outside grounds keeping. Responsibilities Ensure that all of the daily, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual activities are completed as scheduled Notify general facility maintenance issues (doors, bathrooms, etc.) to the Maintenance Supervisor as they arise Assist with the movement of materials or equipment within or between facilities Achieve quality and production goals Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance Other duties as assigned Skills Ability to work with and without supervision Personal effectiveness/credibility Clear and consistent communication with team Requirements Must be able to work overtime as necessary Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds Education High School Diploma or equivalent Benefits Direct hire position Referral Program Job Development Training Program Great Holiday Schedule 401k Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Account Life and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off ADP Discounts Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship or Valid Permanent Resident status is required.
