TATCO Services Inc is in immediate need of a PART time janitorial worker to service forest service building(s) in a local park. Job description We are looking for a Janitor or custodian, to take care of our building(s) and carry out the cleaning and maintenance of the building. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition. Responsibilities Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a janitor Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity and ability to work independently High school degree Cleaning days are Tuesday (after hours any time between 5:30 pm but before 5:30 am Wednesday am) and your choice of Saturday or Sunday any time. Job Type: Part-time Salary: Starting at $19.41 per hour All Federal Holidays are paid time off. COVID-19 considerations: Required to wear a mask at all times. All interested must be reliable/ dependable, pay attention to detail at each facility, must have reliable transportation, able to pass a federal background check and able to pass random drug testing.
