This is an entry-level position and requiresan understanding of computer networks and cybersecurity, strong organizational and memory skills and an ability to workindependently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serves as a primary contact for support tickets and escalates to Tier II support when needed. Maintain data integrations or interfaces with third-party applications. Prepare, test and setup computers and mobile devices used by Bank employees. Assist with the installation, maintenance, and monitoring of the bank's network under the direction of the VP of EBanking/IT and works closely with the bank's third-party vendor(s). Process employee onboarding/changes/offboarding. Troubleshoot various bank systems/applications. Research and resolve support tickets or coordinate with the 3rd party vendors to address issues. Develop training materials and provide information security and cybersecurity training. Participate in audit/examinations and in post audit/examination remediation. Preparation of monthly report(s). Participate in Business Continuity and Incident Response plan testing. Asset acquisition and tracking. Participate in required groups/committees. Develop solution articles. Participate in status meetings with vendors. Provide quality customer service promptly and courteously at all times. Assist/Backup Client Services with E-Banking related tickets as needed. Perform periodic site reviews and periodic access reviews. Participate in groups or committees. Periodic travel, evening and weekend work is required. Duties to be expanded on as experience and professional goals are achieved. Required Knowledge and Expertise High School Diploma or GED equivalent Degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent work experiencedesired Follow established audit, security and compliance guidelines and Bank policies and procedures Ability to work on a computer for extended hours at a time and ability to stand or sit for long periods of time, ability tolift 50 lbs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail-oriented and extremely organized Demonstrate initiative and strong motivation for success, team player with a strong, team-focused attitude Ability to work unsupervised Strict adherence to deadlines and strong problem-solving skills General understanding of the following applications is preferred: Windows Client/Server, Active Directory, Microsoft365 Key Competencies Be Thorough : Ensure that work is completed thoroughly and correctly; prepare carefully for meetings andpresentations; and follow up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled. Achieve Results : Complete audits on a timely basis and based on an understanding of the priorities. Establish and Maintain Personal Credibility : Consistently model behavior for clients and management that isperceived as responsible, reliable, and ethical. Communicate Effectively : Express oneself clearly in interactions with others, both verbally and in writing. Notice,interpret, and anticipate client needs and concerns. Ensure that critical information is shared with those who shouldbe kept informed. Act with Confidence : Understand the importance of rules and requirements and be poised and self-assured whenexpressing an independent opinion. Leverage Technical Expertise : Use a general understanding of bank policies and procedures to assist in identifyingrisk and recommending best practices. Relationship Building : Ability to effectively build relationships with vendors, management and staff. Time Management : Ability to effectively utilize available time for the completion of necessary job tasks. Work Under Pressure : Ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations. **Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules, the salary range above represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Incentives based on Timberline Team goals may also be offered.
