JOB DESCRIPTION The EMEA IT Service Delivery team includes responsibility for the support and development of the existing URE tool and other niche business tools where Chubb's corporate systems cannot provide the business solutions sought. We are looking to enhance our Small Systems capabilities with an IT Support Analyst who possess strong VBA and Excel development skills. Including good expertise in developing Word document templates with bookmarks and references. This person will work closely with and under supervision of the Small Systems Developer to provide technical support and assistance to ensure the effective operation of a number of software applications. The key focus will be on the URE (Underwriter Risk Evaluation) for both UK&I and Continental Europe regions. Including the support and maintenance for the document management process. This role is perfect for individuals with a number of years' experience and a passion for technical problem-solving and application development. Applicants should possess the motivation and ability to quickly learn new software applications and work collaboratively with key business stakeholders and cross functional IT teams. The Small Systems developer will act as a technical mentor and coach for this role and provide support for career and skills development. You will be expected to prioritise between competing tasks, with a focus where necessary on ensuring SLA's are met across production systems, and will escalate issues timely to the Small Systems Developer as appropriate. As a member of this team, you will have the chance to interact with various departments within the company, expanding your network and gaining valuable experience in stakeholder management. Additionally, you will have access to cutting-edge technologies, providing you with opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field.
