Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Configure back-end programming of items across point-of-sale systems. Maintain Digital Menu Boards are showing the correct menu items and pricing using IPTV Set up points-of-sale (POS) with and connect necessary peripheral devices (credit card readers, printers, etc) Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate Point of Sale devices Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc) Answers user inquiries regarding computer and POS software or hardware operation to resolve problems Read technical manuals, confer with users and/or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests Setting up accounts for new users Repairing and replacing equipment, as necessary Performs other duties as assigned Answer telephones and direct inquires in a professional and client centric manner. Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor. Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
