Vitaver & Associates, Inc. is an IT recruiting company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida since 1993. Work Hours: 10 am to 8 pm EST. This is a remote home-office position with up to 90% of time on the road conducting Client visits. Responsibilities: Set meetings and visit CIOs, Project Managers, Hiring Managers, Purchasing Agents, etc. with potential private and government clients; Attend networking events; Generate and maintain above a minimum goal of dollars under billing after a ramp-up period; Enter prospects into the CRM tool we provide (Salesforce.com) on daily basis; Negotiate the terms of agreements; Effectively communicate with Recruiting department. Requirements: 7+ years of proven staffing sales experience or IT management experience in government sector; Understanding of IT concepts (strongly preferred); Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills; Effective negotiation skills; Personal transportation with a valid Driver s license; Bachelor s degree (preferred).
