Description:
IT Software Engineers (Salesforce) [Level II] DUTIES: Under supervision of the IT Chief Digital Innovation Officer, perform the following job: Manage subscriber data, import & segment using Salesforce tools & database queries; Work w/ marketing managers & convert strategy into implementations; Responsible for technical coordination including writing SQL Query & Amp Script logic & leveraging assets to build and deploy email campaigns; Use Journey Builder, Automation Studio, & Contact Builder to run multiple different campaigns; Use CSS, AMP Script, SSJS to build customized solutions that support critical business functions; Collaborate with members of project team and business owners to design, develop, unit test, and provide post-release support; Work in Agile environment with focus on iterative & test-driven design methods; Design advanced reports, dashboards, & portals in various business intelligence tools; Coordinate day-to-day email operations, build & segment audiences, & create automated campaigns; Schedule deployments in Salesforce & provide completion communications; Conduct quality assurance reviews & other activities to ensure the accuracy & timeliness of email deployments to monitor the campaign post-deployment validating completion; Develop campaign documentation, including customer specific work instructions; Prepare customer assets for hand off to other team members; Design & code responsive email templates using Adobe Creative Suite, CSS3; Leverage Amp Script to automate email sending processes; Create emails in Content Builder, WYSIWYG Editor; Send emails through & track campaign results & efficacy; Leverage existing email templates to create new email campaigns; Enable content management & personalization in AMP Script; Use AMP Script language to create various email campaigns; Create automated marketing campaigns; Use SQL for writing queries for data; Track campaign metrics including, sends, click through rates, and other measures using Google Analytics along with Excel building dashboards to present analytics to company stakeholders; Validate emails using Litmus tests; Generate data extract reports; Manage social media communication in conjunction with Social Media marketing manager; Help manage monthly media plans for interactive direct response campaigns on behalf of digital marketing team; Manage vendor communication for performance management and updates; Analyze campaign results and ROI and provide campaign reports; Coordinate monthly returns, reconciliations, and invoicing for lead vendor accounts; Work on language translations; Technology used involves: Salesforce, SFMC Marketing Cloud, CSS3, AMP Script, SSJS, Agile, SQL, Adobe Creative Suite, WYSIWYG Editor, Google Analytics, Contact Builder, Journey Builder, Content Builder, Audience Builder, Automation Studio, Social Studio, Mobile Studio, Einstein Analytics, FTP Setup, Java, J2EE Spring-Boot, Spring Batch, React, Docker, Maven, Postgres, JavaScript, S, AWS, Mochi Test Suite, Jenkins, Sonar, Mongo DB, APIM, Splunk, Rest API, Postman/SOAP UI, Web Studio (Landing Pages, Microsites, Cloud Pages); May perform some or all of above tasks depending on scope of each project assignment; Position based in Idaho Falls, Idaho; Tele-working option currently available for this position; Please contact Employer for complete and most recent teleworking policy details.
