Key Responsibilities Whilst not an exhaustive list, key responsibilities for the role include: Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s contract hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies. Deliver a range of contract recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients. Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue. Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment. Skills, Knowledge and Experience A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce. Tenacious and determined to succeed. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Possess strong organizational skills and must be detail oriented. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. ). Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert. A great work ethic with desire to get the job at hand done. Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone based sales role preferred, but not required. A decision maker and solutions provider.
