We recruit IT professionals nationwide and are now looking for an IT Recruiter with relevant experience in the Tallahassee area to join our team to fill multiple positions with local state government and private companies. What we offer: Work Hours are 10 am to 8 pm EST. This is a combination of 50% remote work (telecommuting from home) and 50% meetings with candidates and clients, attending networking events; Competitive compensation package which consists of a base salary plus commissions and bonuses. We also provide healthcare benefits (Health, Dental, and Vision Care Coverage), life insurance, 401K retirement plan, paid personal and sick time off, paid vacation; Cell phone, business expenses on company credit card, mileage compensation; Career growth opportunities (The Recruiter will have an opportunity to work a full desk at higher commissions and bonuses as well as an opportunity to move up to the Business Development role). Responsibilities: Analyze Clients' requirements and find qualified candidates by using online tools such as resume databases and social media; Consistently network online and attend local networking events to build and strengthen relationships with local technical professionals; Screen and interview Candidates over the phone and in-person; Effectively present Candidates profiles to Clients and/or Vitaver Business Development Managers to ensure a successful sale; Cooperate with Business Development Managers in negotiations and closing deals with Clients and Candidates; Assist Candidates with interviewing and onboarding processes; Assist in generating leads from conversations with candidates; Manage the recruiting process to meet hiring goals through the use of effective resource management and effective use of enterprise applicant tracking system; Report to Staffing Manager. Requirements: 3+ years of experience as an IT Recruiter in a third-party recruiting agency; Proven track-record of placements in Tallahassee; Knowledge and understanding of technical terminology and concepts; Proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates; Knowledge and expertise in sourcing, cold calling, warm calling and internet recruiting; Proven track record of active professional networking on local market; Excellent interpersonal, consulting, diplomacy, and conflict-resolution skills.
