In more detail, the Officer will: Work with complex purchase orders of IT hardware and software, billing, cost recoveries, and reconciliation Working with Service Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements Reconciling vendors, client statements, bulk, and consignment orders of $1,000,000 or more with efficient and accurate delivery Execute audits and troubleshoot discrepancies. Perform system administration functions to include monitoring software jobs and tools, while problem solving and identifying issues. Perform asset management functions. Work with automated procurement systems and tools Manage and resolve escalations pertaining to the procurement and delivery of IT hardware and software.
