ABOUT THE ROLE We are currently seeking a dynamic, always learning mentality, problem-solving IT Engineer. If you're someone who enjoys working within teams, likes a challenge, and loves optimizing processes and solving problems, then we want to talk to you. Please note, that this is not a remote position. RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the first point of contact for the Firms employees seeking technical assistance via a ticketing platform in a timely manner and in line with SLAs. Troubleshoot and escalate incidents as Provide remote technical assistance for issues related to computers, software, and Document technical issues and escalate to other IT teams as necessary Support and maintain Active Directory (On-prem and Azure), DHCP, DNS Support collaboration services on Office 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams) Automate IT processes using PowerShell and other scripting languages QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Minimum 2 years in an IT support role Ability to provide quality technical support, attention to detail, and a positive customer service attitude Excellent communication skills A collaborative attitude Strong attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion of projects Ability to write IT documentation and user manuals Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude Experience and knowledge of supporting Windows operating systems Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP Basic knowledge of scripting languages and PowerShell Experience with cloud services is a plus (Azure, O365) Familiarity with MS SQL server or other database systems is a plus
