DO YOU ENJOY SOLVING PROBLEMS? The position provides system administration and proactive support of the IT environment in a customer focused environment. Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, requiring coordination with other administrators. Independently, and with teammates, will determine and develop solutions to situations. Thorough understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts is needed along with general knowledge of other related disciplines. Performs duties as a Support Engineer through a team approach in support of the infrastructure operations, hardware, software and mobile devices. Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc. Equivalent to a four year college degree, plus 4 years related experience and/or training. A minimum of four years of IT support related experience is required. A minimum of six months of management experience is preferred. REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Network+ PREFERRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Cisco, Fortinet, Mitel, HPE Switching, VMWare, Nutanix LOCATION Fayetteville, AR Mountain Home, AR Possibility of other location near one of our branches HOURS Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm After hours, as needed Some Saturday rotation, usually once every 2 months
