We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Business Analyst to become a liaison between the business and IT. Job Duties and Responsibilities: -Define objectives and scope of business systems according to client's requirements-Analyze information systems processes and business problems and determine an IT solution -Gather data and analyze business and user needs-Provide guidance to business and suggest process changes to improve efficiency and support client’s business goals -Develop, design, and evaluate information systems business solutions-Create and monitor system documents related to the changes and enhancements to the system-Prepare and implement test plan, identify potential issues, and ensure that they are addressed appropriately-Respond to clients’ requests regarding issues in systems and provide an effective solution. Requirements-At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information systems, business administration, or a related discipline; a higher education credential in these fields is preferred-At least 2 years of working experience in the similar role-Ability to work collaboratively.
