ISR Program Integrator - Level 3

Description: This position supports the executive staff of the Advanced Development Programs - Skunkworks ISR portfolio and Fort Worth-based ISR programs with the execution of staff work, portfolio administration, and coordination of program operational needs to include security, IT, facilities, and event planning. Duties include management and reporting of new business funds, Recognition awards, program milestone reporting, and ISR portfolio metrics. In addition, the position involves operational support and program start-up of specific ISR pursuits and programs. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education.Experience with program support, administration and project management.Active Secret Clearance Desired Skills: Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience / combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.Professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Skilled in all MS Office tools, particularly Excel.Previous experience in IT, operations, program integration or project management.Active Top Secret Clearance Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
