Job Summary The HCM Implementation Specialist is responsible for being the professional resource assigned to manage Implementation projects for all new clients. This includes, but is not limited to, handling the needs assessment/analysis (statement of work for payroll and human resources), data collection, configuration of the payroll and human resources systems, testing, training, and processing of the first few payrolls in close coordination with the client and other departments within the organization as necessary. This position provides a positive and high-quality service to all new clients onboarding with Payroll Network and requires thorough understanding of payroll practices, processes, and applicable taxation laws. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serves as the single point of contact with multiple, concurrent new clients during the implementation process and comfortable in project management Configuring a customized payroll and HCM platform (when applicable) in coordination with other services sold and collaborating with other departments as necessary Responsible for the overall collection of data in order to build current year payroll to balance the new system to previous quarterly and individual payroll information Communicates professionally both internally with other departments and externally with clients/vendors regarding the status of the implementation Comfortable in client facing situations to help with various stages of the implementation and/or training clients face to face (if applicable) Focuses heavily on accuracy and attention to detail for work completed while acting with a sense of urgency to help meet internal/external deadlines Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) At least 3 years of experience working in a client service/customer service environment Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge of various operating systems Excellent analytical skills and time management skills and ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and client facing experience Proficient using Microsoft Office Effectively handle multiple concurrent large projects Must be flexible to overtime when necessary Highly motivated individual that is a self-starter in a fast-paced environment that is continually changing BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science or equivalent work experience preferred.
