The ideal candidate will have outstanding credentials and 3-6 years of corporate experience at a leading national or international law firm. Duties:Provide legal counsel and support to fund sponsors in the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds.Draft and review fund formation documents, including partnership agreements, offering memoranda, and subscription documents.Advise clients on regulatory compliance matters related to investment funds.Assist with due diligence and negotiations in fund formation transactions.Provide ongoing legal support to investment fund clients on operational and compliance issues.Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations impacting investment funds. Requirements:JD from a top-tier law school.3-6 years of corporate experience at a leading national or international law firm.Experience representing fund sponsors in the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds.Outstanding academic credentials.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Education:JD from a top-tier law school. Certifications:Admission to the State Bar. Skills:In-depth knowledge of investment fund formation and structuring.Strong drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills for effective client communication and teamwork.Attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentation. The Illinois law office is the biggest workplace of the firm. The time-honored law practice opened for business at this location one-hundred and three years ago. To date, there are six-hundred and fifty seasoned attorneys staffed at this location. There are eight areas of practice. Disciplines consist of litigation, corporate, real estate, intellectual property, restructuring, tax, employee benefits and tax-estates.
