This will be a varied role and the role holder will be responsible for providing support to the Self Invest proposition and take responsibility to ensure the desk runs efficiently. Job Description: Core - Asset have a great permanent opportunity for an Investment Administrator to join a successful Investment Management firm in London. This will be a varied role and the role holder will be responsible for providing support to the Self Invest proposition and take responsibility to ensure the desk runs efficiently. The successful candidate will speak to self-invested clients to take orders and instructions to buy or sell securities, answer general queries and managing email inbox of queries. Essential Skills/Experience: None necessary but should be considering relevant industry standard qualifications such as Level 3 CISI, IAD Level 4 CISIBasic understanding of financial markets and products SIPP/ISA/GIA equities/funds/bonds would be Skills Excellent telecommunication skills Proven time management, organisation and prioritisation skills Manage busy workload Identifying when to escalate issues/complaints with line manager Ability to prioritise workload to meet strict dealing deadlines Ability to build relationships with internal teams Core Responsibilities: Execute buy & sell trade instructions for self-invested clients Organise ISA Subscriptioninteractionecute withdrawal instructions Set up and maintain standing orders & monthly withdrawals Ensuring clients’ accounts do not become overdrawn; fixing this issue if it occurs Providing ad-hoc valuations/transaction histories when requested and investigating any client queries Organising transfer out of accounts to different providers Processing account opening/closings and change of service type requests Processing corporate action instructions Sending out.
