Job Details Job Location : Kernersville - Kernersville, NC Salary Range : $23.75 - $27.00 Hourly Description Position Summary This position is responsible for assisting in the maintaining of the company's perpetual inventory within the ERP system for FFF Enterprises, Inc. The position duties are a critical part of the company's revenue and procurement processes. The accuracy of our inventory is key to our ability to confidently make commitments to our customers and to be able to meet their expectations. Additionally, the level of this individual's performance can have a significant impact on our relationships with our financial partners and audit firms.This position requires interaction with the Senior Manager, Inventory Control, Managers, Operations, Supervisors, Warehouse, Warehouse Leads, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Sales Operations, RNI Operations, Vaccine Team, Finance, and outside audit teams. Essential Functions and Duties Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the perpetual inventory within FFF distribution centers. Working closely with Inventory Control and warehouse team members, assist to identify, research, track and provide detailed information for analysis of customer reported shipping issues. This involves gathering needed data for a thorough and complete analysis to determine the underlying cause as well as the corrective actions needed. Assist in compilation of Root Cause Analysis reports to include systems and personnel involved. These in turn to be utilized for corrective actions and potential process improvements. Assist in compilation of Loss Investigation reports with related documentation. These in turn to be utilized for corrective actions and potential process improvements. Working closely with Inventory Control and warehouse team members, assist to identify, research, track and provide detailed information for analysis of inventory variances. This process involves gathering needed data for a thorough and complete analysis to determine the underlying cause as well as the corrective actions needed. Assist in serial number verification pertaining to customer reported and inventory issues. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Follow documented ERP procedures as they relate to transactions within area of responsibilities. When applicable, maintain organized records of storage and distribution transactions. Continuously strive to improve processes, service quality to internal and external customers. Adheres specifically to all company policies and procedures, Federal and State regulations, and laws. Display dedication to position responsibilities and achieve assigned goals and objectives. Represent the Company in a professional manner and appearance at all times. Ensure conduct is consistent with all Compliance Program Policies and procedures when engaging in any activity on behalf of the company. Immediately report any concerns or violations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education, Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Required Knowledge: Must be familiar with automated perpetual inventory systems and be able to conceptualize the impact their transactions have on the various automated business processes. Required Experience: Must have at least two (2) years' experience in Warehouse Operations (receiving, inventory control, and shipping). Preferred Experience: Experience in the warehousing and distribution of pharmaceutical products is preferred. Experience working with inventory management systems preferred. Required Skills: Must have strong organizational skills. Must have a detail orientation and the proven ability to prioritize work. Must have effective verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to work with limited supervision and as part of a team. Sound decision-making abilities Required to be analytical and detail oriented. Errors should not exceed 1%. Professional, friendly customer service. High level of responsibility to complete job accurately and on time. Ability to work as a team member. Physical requirements Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must have the ability to view a computer screen for long periods and the ability to sit for extended periods. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The employee occasionally lifts up to 50 lbs. and occasionally kneels and bends. Working condition include warehouse setting. Mental Demands Learning, thinking, concentration and the ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy times. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service. Must have the ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers, and exercise self-control and diplomacy in customer and employee relations' situations. Must have the ability to exercise discretion as well as appropriate judgments when necessary. Must be proactive in finding solutions.
