In this role you will…. Maintain organized and consistent stocking and packaging systems for inputs, outputs, and intermediates. Maintain a clean and safe work environment that ensures the compliant storage of all items in an operational manner. Use and maintain all inventory tracking systems. Assist in ongoing loss prevention processes. Audit the physical inventory to ensure that the digital inventory aligns precisely. Handle receiving inventory in METRC and POS Maintain inventory and inventory stocking physically and digitally. Maintain accurate records including audits and manifests. Coordinate and facilitate the movement of inventory within the store. Organize and fulfill customer online orders in an organized and timely manner. Process packaging of product, labeling of product, organizing inventory, and maintaining compliance with company and state regulations. Work closely with the Inventory Manager to ensure all inventory data is accurate. Audit the physical inventory to ensure that the virtual inventory aligns precisely. Must be exceptionally well organized to handle large amounts of inventory data, analysis and reporting. Stay up-to-date with new cannabis products/services and industry standards. Maintain logs and spreadsheets to track inventory concerns and issues. Skills and experience you have: Proven work experience as an Inventory Specialist, Budtender, Sales Associate or similar role, highly preferred. Cannabis experience, highly preferred. METRC experience, highly preferred. Must be highly organized and have extreme attention to detail while multitasking . Solution oriented. Can work fast and be flexible; our industry is always changing Problem solving skills Understanding of the inventory and retail sales process. Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures. Basic math skills. Basic computer proficiency using Email, Excel and Word. Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships with customers and fellow employees. Ability and willingness to work various shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass a background check This is a dynamic position, and as such daily tasks may vary, resulting in a fast paced and lively work environment. Physical Requirements: Regularly required to stand/walk for the entire shift. Frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Regularly walk up and down stairs.
